郑州市知识产权人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Intellectual Property Talents in Zhengzhou

随着社会的发展,人们受教育程度的普遍提高,国际综合国力和人才的竞争变得日益激烈,对创新能力的要求越来越高,各国也日益重视对知识产权的保护。我国对知识产权的研究相较于日美等发达国家虽然起步较晚,但是由于很重视对知识产权的保护,因此知识产权的发展较快。基于此背景,本文大概分析了我国知识产权发展的战略和相关政策,给出了相关概念的解释,研究了国际上其他国家的知识产权人才培养现状并借鉴其适合我国实际情况的发展方法,通过分析郑州市的知识产权发展策略以及存在的问题,给出了相关建议。

With the development of society,the general improvement of people's education,international comprehen⁃sive national strength and talent competition has become increasingly fierce,the demand for innovation ability is more and more higher,many countries also pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights increasingly.Compared with developed countries such as Japan and the United States,although it started late for China to research on the intellectual property,but it has developed rapidly due to the great importance attached to the protection of in⁃tellectual property.Based on the above questions,this paper roughly to analysis the development strategy and related policy about the intellectual property rights in China,gives the related explanation of the concept of the international intellectual property talent cultivation in the rest of the world,draw lessons from the method that suitable for the de⁃velopment of our country’s actual situation.Then,gives the related suggestions through the analysis of the intellectu⁃al property rights of Zhengzhou city development strategy existed problems.
