The latest Development of New Research and Development Institution Construction and its Enlightenment to Tianjin

新型研发机构作为新时期集聚高端创新资源、吸引高水平创新团队、开展产业关键技术研发、加速科技成果转化、支撑产业转型升级的新动力新平台,其发展越来越得到国家和地方政府的广泛高度重视。本文通过梳理各省市新型研发机构建设的主要举措和经验,提出了推动天津市新型研发机构发展的思路建议。

As a new driving force and platform,the new research and development institutions to gather high-end in⁃novation resources,attract high-level innovation teams,carry out industrial key technology research and develop⁃ment,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,support industrial transforma⁃tion and upgrading and so on.In the new era,it has been paid more and more attention by the nation and local govern⁃ment.In this paper,the research through sorting out the main measures and experiences of the construction of newtype R&D institutions in different provinces and cities,puts forward some ideas and suggestions for promoting the de⁃velopment of new-type R&D institutions in Tianjin.
