摘要
为分析车辆荷载对装配式钢管廊力学性能的影响,依托管廊实际工程,进行静、动载对比结合的管廊载荷试验.通过载荷试验数据的采集对比,研究不同的加载工况对管廊顶板附加竖向位移与应力分布影响规律.结果表明,管廊在荷载作用下,在顶板大舱跨中以及中隔墙顶会出现较大的竖向位移与应力,但其值远远小于钢结构的破坏容许值,可见,该结构具有足够安全储备.因此,装配式钢制管廊应用于综合管廊工程,有着广泛的使用前景.
In order to study the mechanical properties of the prefabricated steel pipe gallery under vehicle load,relying on the actual pipe gallery project,a static and dynamic load test of the pipe gallery is carried out.By comparing the load test data,the additional vertical displacement and stress distribution of the roof of the prefabricated pipe gallery under different working conditions are further analyzed.The results show that the pipe gallery will produce additional dynamic stress and dynamic displacement under the action of the vehicle's dynamic load,and the distribution law is roughly the same as that of the static load;there is the most unfavorable loading position,which is that the vehicle load is arranged in the middle of the pipe gallery's large cabin.The additional vertical in the middle of the large cabin span reaches the maximum;the top rigidity of the middle partition wall is relatively large,and stress concentration is likely to occur.In the structural design,attention should be paid to the influence of the change in the stiffness of the pipe gallery section on the stress distribution.
