长江流域农业面源磷污染排放特征与防治技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 长江流域面源氮污染防控自2015年4月国务院发布实施《水污染防治行动计划》以来,已经取得了较好的进展,但流域内磷污染防治形势依然严峻.目前,总磷已超过COD和氨氮,成为长江流域首要的污染物.我国工业磷污染虽得到了良好的控制,但农业面源磷污染的问题日趋严重,流域内现有技术集成度较低,技术需求与技术现状不匹配.本文对长江流域农业面源磷污染现状、成因进行分析,从源头减量、过程阻断和末端治理的防治角度,阐述当前有效处理农业面源磷污染问题的技术,以期对流域内防治技术的应用推广提供理论依据. The prevention and control of non-point source nitrogen pollution in the Yangtze river basin has made better progress since the state council issued the“water pollution prevention and control action plan”in April 2015.However,the situation of phosphorus pollution prevention and control in the basin is still severe.At present,total phosphorus(TP)has become the primary pollutant in the Yangtze river basin,surpassing COD and ammonia nitrogen.Industrial phosphorus pollution has been well controlled in China,but the problem of non-point sources phosphorus pollution from agricultural is becoming more and more serious.The existing technology in the basin has low integration,and the technology demand does not match the technology status.In this paper,the status and causes of agricultural non-point source phosphorus pollution in the Yangtze river basin were analyzed,and summarizes the current effective treatment techniques for agricultural non-point phosphorus pollution from the perspectives of source reduction,process blocking and end treatment,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of prevention and control technology in the basin.
