“双一流”建设背景下高等学校财务管理现实困境及突破路径——以F大学为例

The financial realistic dilemma and breakthrough path of universities under the background of“double first class”construction——taking F university as an example

2015年10月《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》正式出台,提出加快世界一流大学和一流学科建设,吹响了中国大学冲刺国际前列、打造顶尖学府的冲锋号,高等学校进入“双一流”建设的快车道.“双一流”建设是国家层面的战略部署,对高校的发展具有重要影响,高等学校的财务管理应适应“双一流”的发展要求,财务管理在各方面都面临着新的要求和挑战,解决财务工作困境探索突破途径,不断提升保障能力,更好地服务高等学校的双一流建设发展是高校财经工作的重点.本文以国内高等学校F大学为例,提出高等学校财经现实困境并提出相应的的对策建议.

October 2015,the state council issued the“overall plan for coordinating and promoting the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines”,and universities entered the fast lane of“double first-class”construction.The construction of“double first class”is a strategic deployment at the national level,which has an important impact on the development of universities.The financial construction of universities should adapt to the development requirements of“double first class”.Financial and economic work faces new requirements and challenges in all aspects.Solving financial difficulties,exploring ways to break through,continuously improving guarantee capabilities,and better serving the development of double-class construction of universities is the focus of college financial work.This article takes the domestic college F university as an example,puts forward the financial reality dilemma of colleges and universities and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
