摘要
为了解师范生实践反思能力现状,探索提高实践反思能力的有效对策,采用《实践反思能力状况调查问卷》,对786名师范生进行了相关调查。结果显示:师范生的实践反思能力整体水平不高,存在反思态度不积极、反思内容片面、反思毅力缺乏、反思知识不足和反思技能水平较低等问题。建议加强师范生职业认同感培养,提高其主动反思意识使其养成良好反思习惯,丰富反思性实践理论知识,同时营造反思氛围、激发反思动机、加强教师指导,帮助师范生掌握反思要领和方法,提高其实践反思能力。
In order to learn about the current situation of pre-service teachers'practical reflective ability and explore the effective countermeasure to improve their practical reflective ability,this study uses the questionnaire with 786 pre-service teachers.The result shows that:the overall level of pre-service teachers'practical reflective ability is not so high;the reflection is not so positive;the contents of reflection is one-sided;the reflection perseverance is not enough;the knowledge on reflection is insufficient and the skills for reflection lack.Therefore,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions:strengthen students'professional identity,increase the awareness of active reflection,cultivate students'reflective habits,enrich theoretical knowledge for reflective practice,create a reflection atmosphere and strengthen teachers'guidance and teach them the essentials and methods for reflection.And all these can help promote their practical reflection ability.
