摘要
研究了强压油缸中限位阀异形密封圈损坏脱落和小导向套O型圈损坏的原因和解决方法,并对改进后的油缸进行了耐久性测试。针对异形密封圈损坏脱落,发现增加阀块与异形密封圈接触点的倒角角度、降低阀块内孔粗糙度值,有利于改善异形密封圈的密封性能和延长使用寿命。同时,聚氨酯异形密封圈的密封性能高于氟橡胶和丁腈橡胶异形密封圈。针对小导向套O型圈损坏,发现增加防尘圈和O型圈挡圈、阀杆抛光镀镍等措施,能够有效提高小导向套O型圈处的动密封效果。上述改进措施对于提高强压油缸的运行稳定性和使用寿命具有显著效果。
The causes and solutions of the damage of the special-shaped seal ring and the damage of the small guide sleeve O-ring in the hydraulic valves of the high pressure oil cylinder have been studied.The durability of the improved oil cylinder has been tested.In view of the damage of the special-shaped seal ring,it was found that increasing the chamfer angle of the contact point between the valve block and the special-shaped seal ring and reducing the roughness of the inner hole of the valve block were conducive to improving the sealing performance and service life of the special-shaped seal ring.At the same time,the sealing performance of polyurethane special-shaped sealing ring was higher than those made of fluoro rubber and nitrile rubber.In view of the damage of the small guide sleeve Oring,it was found that the dynamic sealing effect of the small guide sleeve O-ring could be improved effectively by adding dust ring and O-ring retaining ring,polishing and nickel plating on the valve stems.The above improvements were proved to have a significant effect on improving the operation stability and service life of the high pressure oil cylinder.
