越橘提取物中花色苷及游离花青素的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究建立越橘提取物中花色苷及游离花青素的检测标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定花色苷类成分及游离花青素的含量。结果游离花青素的含量以矢车菊素为对照测定,其在4.75~475.24 ng的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),加样回收率为101.7%,RSD为1.3%(n=9)。花色苷的含量以矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷为对照测定,其在51.03~5103.24 ng的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),加样回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.5%(n=9)。结论本文建立的游离花青素检查方法及花色苷类成分含量测定方法简便、准确,可作为越橘提取物的质量控制标准。 Objective To establish a quality standard of anthocyanins and free anthocyans in blueberry extract.Methods Contents of anthocyanidins and free anthocyans were determined by HPLC.Results The content of free anthocyans was determined using cyanidin as control.The linear range of free anthocyans was 4.75-475.24 ng(r=1.0000).The recovery was 101.7%,with RSD of 1.3%(n=9).The content of anthocyanins was determined using cyanidin-3-O-glucoside as control.The linear range was 51.0324-5103.24 ng(r=1.0000).The recovery was 99.4%,with RSD of 0.5%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for quality control of bilberry extract.
