海风藤饮片质量分析

摘要 目的评价海风藤饮片的总体质量。方法采用按法定标准检验与探索性研究相结合的方法对海风藤饮片质量进行评价和分析。结果对抽取的49批海风藤饮片,按法定标准检验,不合格率为20.4%,不合格原因主要为样品中掺入大量的叶等非药用部位;按探索性研究方法检验,不合格率为89.8%,不合格原因主要为以非药典规定来源的植物藤茎冒充。结论综合法定检验和探索性研究结果,海风藤饮片总体质量状况评价为“一般”,建议对海风藤规范化种植,完善现行质量标准,并加强监管。 Objective To evaluate the overall quality of decoction pieces of Piperis kadsurae caulis.Methods The quality of decoction pieces of Piperis kadsurae caulis was evaluated and analyzed by inspection according to legal standards combined with exploratory research.Results According to the legal standards,the unqualified rate of 49 batches of decoction pieces of Piperis kadsurae caulis was 20.4%.The main reason for disqualification was that a large number of non-medicinal parts such as leaves were mixed into the samples.According to the exploratory research,the unqualified rate was 89.8%.The main reason for the disqualification was impersonation with the stems from the sources not specified by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion According to the results of inspection according to legal standards and exploratory research,the overall quality of Piperis kadsurae caulis is evaluated as“average”.It is suggested to standardize the cultivation of Piper kadsura,improve current quality standards and strengthen supervision.
