摘要
目的探究热酸蚀表面处理对提高双层瓷复合结构剪切强度的影响。方法将40个氧化锆样件随机分为4组,A组为喷砂组,B组为热酸蚀组,C组为喷砂+热酸蚀组,D组为空白对照组。4组氧化锆瓷块经不同方式表面处理后,各组随机抽取一块,采用SEM扫描电镜、EDS能谱仪、X射线衍射仪分析观察氧化锆与饰面瓷的结合情况;使用电子万能试验机记录瞬时剪切力,利用压强计算公式求得剪切强度值;采用SPSS 20.0对数据进行统计学分析,检验水准为α=0.05。结果热酸蚀组的处理表面形成含大量孔隙的三维网状结构,表面粗糙度(Ra=0.489μm)较对照组(0.316μm)提高了54.75%,断裂模式以内聚断裂为主且饰面瓷残留比例最高,单斜相氧化锆的相变比例为12.57%,低于其余2组实验组,剪切强度值((25.43±1.57)MPa)为4组中最大,较打磨对照组提高了66.86%(P<0.05)。喷砂+热酸蚀组的表面粗糙度Ra=0.634μm,为4组中最大,处理表面呈现明显的山脊和凹坑,表面完整性存在一定缺失。喷砂组的粘接面有明显的Al2O3颗粒残留,表面粗糙度(Ra=0.521μm)较热酸蚀组提高了6.54%,两者的组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。打磨对照组的表面粗糙度和剪切强度均明显低于其余3组(P<0.05)。结论热酸蚀表面处理造成的粘接面晶相转变和微裂纹最少,可有效提高锆瓷-饰瓷双层结构的粘接强度,适宜作为氧化锆表面处理方式。
The work aims to explore the influence of hot acid etching surface treatments on the bonding strength of zirconia and veneering porcelain compared with traditional pre-treatments.40 zirconia porcelain cubes were randomly divided into four groups.Group A was the airborne particle abrasion group,group B was the hot acid etching group,group C was the sandblasting combined with hot acid etching group,and group D was the blank control group.After the four experiment groups were treated using different surface methods,a sample piece was randomly selected from each group to observe the interface bonding by scanning electron microscope,EDS and X-ray diffractometer.The shear strength of each porcelain blocks was tested by electronic universal testing machine and the experimental values were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software,with the test level ofα=0.05.The result showed that a three-dimensional stratified structure containing a great deal of holes were formed on the treated surface.The surface roughness in hot acid-etching group was 0.489μm and increased by 54.75%than the control group(0.316μm).Besides,the proportion of m-ZrO2 was about 12.57%and apparently higher than that in the other two experimental groups.The residual proportion of veneering was high and the failure mode was cohesive fracture in hot acid etching group.The shear strength value in group B was(25.43±1.57)MPa,which increased by 66.86%(P<0.05)compared with the value in control group and was the highest among the four groups.The surface roughness in sandblasting with hot acid-etching group was 0.634μm,which was the biggest value in the four groups.Significant rough bonding surfaces were formed on the treated surfaces of the sandblasting group and the sandblasting with hot acid etching group.There were large amount of Al2O3 residual in the sandblasting group.The surface roughness was 0.521μm and increased by 6.54%than that in the hot acid etching group,but the distinction in mean values of shear strength between the two groups didn’t have statistical difference(P>0.05).The adhesive strength values in control group were much smaller than the experimental groups(P<0.05).Hot acid etching treatment could effectively improve the adhesive strength between ZrO2 and veneering porcelain,as well as cause the least transformation of crystal structure and micro cracks,so it is suitable for zirconia surface treatment.
