High-precision measurement method of variable diameter based on visual imaging technology

摘要 针对尺寸变化范围较大的孔型提出一种孔型参数测量装置设计方法。应用中采用单个相机对较大孔径测量时,较低的成像分辨率难以达到测量精度要求。设计1套半径可变的旋转运动机构,带动成像传感器完成孔型轮廓扫描成像,利用轮廓数据计算孔型参数,该方法能够兼顾直径可变和高检测精度的需求,可以应用于张力减径机架孔型参数测量等。 A design method of measuring device for pass parameters is put forward for pass with a wide range of size changes.When a single camera is used to measure a large aperture in application,it is difficult to meet the measurement accuracy requirements because of its low imaging resolution.A set of rotary motion mechanism with variable radius is designed,which drives the imaging sensor to scan and image the hole profile,and calculates the hole profile parameters by using the profile data.This method can meet the needs of variable diameter and high detection accuracy,and can be applied to the hole profile parameter measurement of tension reducing stand.
