摘要
基于管道在工作过程中极易产生凹陷、进而影响其安全性的现状,设计两个足尺度管道试件进行四点弯曲试验,其中一个通过球状压头压制凹陷,研究凹陷对管道承载力以及失效模式的影响。测试结果发现凹陷降低了管道的弯曲承载力。在此基础上,采用有限元分析方法研究凹陷参数对管道弯曲承载力的影响,研究结果表明,凹陷深度、凹陷宽度以及压头形状是影响管道承载力的主要参数。最后结合参数分析建立了含凹陷管道的弯曲承载力的预测公式。
Based on the current situation that the indentation defect is easy to occur in the operating process of pipeline which affects its safety,two full-size pipe specimens were designed for four-point bending test to study the influence of the indentation defect on the bearing capacity and failure mode of the pipe,one of which was used to produce the indentation defect by spherical indenter.On this basis,the influence of indentation parameters on the bending capacity of pipes were studied by finite element analysis method.The results indicate that the indentation depth,indentation width and indenter shape are the main parameters affecting the bearing capacity of pipes.Finally,the prediction formula for the bending capacity of the pipeline with indentation defect was established by combining the parameter analysis.
