长三角地区土壤环境问题及协同管控对策研究

Soil Environmental Problems and Cooperative Management Countermeasures in Yangtze River Delta Region

长三角地区是中国经济发展最活跃、开放程度最高、创新能力最强的区域之一,长期以来工业企业高速发展,导致局部区域土壤污染严重,部分地区土壤环境风险较高。文章通过分析长三角地区土壤环境问题,提出建立健全区域土壤环境协同监管机制、推动区域土壤污染源头协同防治、实施重点区域土壤污染治理与修复等措施,为促进长三角地区土壤环境质量改善和生态系统良性循环、夯实长三角绿色发展生态本底、建设绿色美丽长三角提供坚实土壤基础。

The Yangtze river delta is one of the regions with the most active economic development,the highest degree of openness and the strongest innovation capacity in China.For a long time,the rapid development of industrial enterprises has led to serious soil pollution and high soil environmental risk in some areas.By analyzing the soil environmental problems in Yangtze river delta,this paper proposed cooperative management countermeasures including establishing and improving the cooperative supervision mechanism of regional soil environment,promoting the prevention and control of regional soil pollution sources,and implement the treatment and remediation in key regions.They will provide a solid soil foundation for promoting the improvement of soil environment quality and the virtuous cycle of ecosystem,strengthening the ecological background of green development in Yangtze river delta,and building a green and beautiful Yangtze river delta.
