摘要
从政策及技术层面对城镇排水管网监测体系进行了梳理,分析了存在的主要问题。针对排水管网监测点位、监测指标、监测频次、监测方式尚无明确规定以及部分技术要求指标过多等实际情况,从水位、水量、水质、气体、管网结构安全、井盖位移及易涝点(视频监控)等方面构建了排水管网监测体系,对指标阈值等监测数据应用作出了规定,有助于及时掌握管网运行工况,助推污水处理提质增效。
Monitoring system of urban drainage pipeline networks was hackled on policy and technical level,and the main problems were analyzed.According to the status in quo of the monitoring points,monitoring indicators,monitoring frequency,monitoring mode,which were not clearly defined and some technical requirements were too much,relevant monitoring system of drainage pipeline networks were constructed with water level,water quantity,water quality,gas,pipeline networks structure safety,well cover displacement and video monitoring of waterlogging prone points.Application of monitoring data such as index threshold was regulated,it was helpful to grasp the operation condition of pipeline networks in time and boost quality and efficiency of wastewater treatment.
