垃圾发电厂给排水设计及水系统管理

摘要 垃圾焚烧发电是“减量化、无害化、资源化”处置生活垃圾的最佳方式。目前,国内垃圾焚烧厂给排水设计多借鉴传统发电厂在给排水方面的设计,实际上垃圾电厂在水务管理及给排水设计上与传统发电厂存在较大的差异。文中以某垃圾发电厂给排水的具体设计为例,介绍了某垃圾发电厂给排水的具体设计,以及相应的节水措施。生活污水系统采用“预处理+兼氧池+内置式MBR+消毒”处理工艺,垃圾渗滤液采用“预处理+UASB+外置式MBR系统+纳滤+反渗透”处理工艺。工程运行4年多,每年可节水15.53万m3,对类似项目具有指导意义。 Garbage incineration power generation is the best way of“Reduction,Harmless and Reclamation”for municiple solid wastes.At present,water supply and drainage design of municipal solid waste incineration plants mostly refers to the design of water supply and drainage of traditional power plants.In fact,garbage power plants are different from traditional power plants in the aspects of water supply and drainage design.Taking a garbage power plant as an example,the typical design of water supply and drainage of garbage power plant and corresponding water-saving measures are introduced.Treatment process of pretreatment+oxygen tank+builtin MBR+disinfection is adopted in the domestic sewage system,and landfill leachate adopts pretreatment+UASB+external MBR system+nano filtration+reverse osmosis treatment process.Project has been running for more than four years and 155300 m3 water can be saved every year,providing references for similar projects.
