红外热成像技术在针灸治疗围绝经期综合征中的应用研究

Application of Infrared Thermal Imaging in Researches of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome

在回顾红外热成像技术与围绝经期综合征相关研究的基础上,认为红外热成像技术作为一种新型无创、安全性高和无侵入性的检验技术可以对围绝经期患者进行全面的定量(温度)与定位分析,从而对围绝经期综合征的发病机制及针灸的临床疗效进一步研究和分析。借助红外热成像图的优势探索针刺对该病红外热成像的影响,从红外热成像图表现的特异性探索围绝经期作用机制,促进围绝经期综合征诊断的可视化、客观化与针灸影像学技术的现代化发展。

Based on the review of the relevant studies on perimenopausal syndrome,it is concluded that perimenopausal syndrome can be quantified and localized by infrared thermography,which is a new,safe and non-invasive technique,so that the pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome and the clinical effect of acupuncture can be further studied and analyzed.Using the advantage of infrared thermography to explore the influence of acupuncture on the infrared thermography of the disease,and to explore the mechanism of perimenopausal action in terms of the specificity of infrared thermography to promote the visualization and objectivity of the diagnosis of perimenopausal syndrome and the modern development of acupuncture imaging technology.
