浅述火针疗法发展概要

Summary of the Development of Fire Needling Therapy

传统火针发源于《黄帝内经》,经后世医家传承与发展,演变出现代各型火针针具,而火针针具的改良与创新直接推动了各时期火针疗法的发展。笔者从传统和当代两个视角,总结了火针疗法的发展概况,对传统火针和当代火针针具的特性与用途、火针疗法的临床应用及发展前景等方面作出分析,为临床辨证使用火针疗法提供理论支撑。

The traditional fire needling originated from Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,which was inherited and developed by later generations of doctors,and evolved into various types of modern fire needling instruments,and the improvement and innovation of the instruments directly promoted the development of fire needling in each period.From the traditional and contemporary perspectives,this study summarized the development of fire needling therapy,analyzed the characteristics and uses of traditional and contemporary fire needling,the clinical application and development prospects of fire needling therapy,and it provided theoretical support for the clinical application of fire needling based on syndrome differentiation.
