摘要
分析了湖南省生态环境应急监测存在的普遍问题,提出了以“事前预防、事中控制、事后评估”为主要工作目标的工作体系构建设想,并给出了相应的对策建议。
In this paper,the common problems existing in the ecological environment emergency monitoring in Hunan Province were analyzed,the idea of constructing the work system with the main goal of"prevention in advance,control in the process and evaluation after the event"was proposed,and some corresponding countermeasures were put forward to achieve the objective.
