中小学生敏感性格与手机成瘾的关系

Association of sensitive personality of primary and secondary school students and mobile phone addiction

研究敏感性格与手机成瘾之间的关系。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对1158名中小学生进行问卷调查,利用SPSS数据分析软件,对中小学生的敏感性格和手机成瘾状况进行描述性分析和多元回归分析。结果在小学高年级、初中、普高或职高中,有超过一半的学生属于中度及以上成瘾。随着学段升高,学生成瘾的人数下降。经因子分析,敏感性格可分为对他人敏感性(系数α为0.855)和对事情敏感性(系数α为0.933);与敏感程度越低的学生相比,学生敏感程度越高,其手机成瘾程度越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。具体表现为中小学生对他人越敏感,其手机成瘾程度越高。中小学生对事情越敏感,其手机成瘾程度越高。结论不同学段的中小学生成瘾程度均较高,且大多数学生表现出敏感性格特征。与对他人敏感性比较,学生在事情方面表现得更加敏感。敏感性格与手机成瘾存在正相关。因此,对中小学生敏感性格的改善,有利于减少其对手机的依赖,避免成瘾问题。

To study the relationship between sensitive personality and mobile phone addiction.Methods A cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey of 1158 primary and secondary schools students.Using SPSS data analysis software,we made descriptive analysis and multiple regression on the sensitive personality and mobile phone addiction status of primary and secondary school students.Results In the junior high school,general high school,vocational high school or technical secondary school section,more than half of the students were moderate and above addiction.However,with the increase of the school level,the number of students addiction decreases;more than 50%of primary and secondary school students showed certain sensitivity characteristics.Moreover,after factor analysis,sensitive personality could be divided into sensitivity to others(coefficient of 0.855)and sensitivity to things(coefficient of 0.933).Compared with students of lower sensitivity,the higher the sensitivity,the higher the mobile phone addiction and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The specific performance was that the more sensitive the primary and middle school students were to others,the higher their mobile phone addiction.The more sensitive their primary and middle school students were to things,the more addicted to their mobile phone.Conclusion Primary and middle school students of different stages are highly addicted,and most students show sensitive personality characteristics.In terms of sensitivity to others,students are more sensitive to things.Sensitive personality is positively correlated with mobile phone addiction.Therefore,the improvement of sensitive character ofprimary and secondary school students is conducive to reduce their dependence on mobile phones and avoide addiction problems.
