中医艾灸护理原发性痛经的研究进展

Research process of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion in nursing primary dysmenorrhea

原发性痛经指生殖器官无器质性病变的痛经,为女性多发病,疼痛发作时严重影响患者工作和生活。中医艾灸是中医传统治疗方法,其护理原发性痛经的方式有悬起灸法、隔姜灸法、隔药灸法和综合疗法,均对缓解原发性痛经有显著临床疗效。本文通过中国知网、万方和维普中文数据库,检索关于艾灸护理原发性痛经的相关文献,从病因病机、危害、应用方式和应用效果方面分析该领域研究现状,旨在探索艾灸缓解原发性痛经的疗效,为以后艾灸护理原发性痛经提供新的思路及方向。

Primary dysmenorrhea refers to dysmenorrhea without organic lesions in reproductive organs,which is a frequently-occurring disease in women.The pain attack seriously affects the work and life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method.The methods of nursing primary dysmenorrhea include suspension moxibustion,ginger-separated moxibustion,medicine-separated moxibustion and comprehensive therapy,all of which have significant clinical effect on relieving primary dysmenorrhea.This article analyzed the current situation of moxibustion nursing primary dysmenorrhea from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,harm,application methods and application effect through searching the relevant literature in China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang and VIP databases.The aim is to explore the curative effect of moxibustion in relieving primary dysmenorrhea and to provide new ideas and directions for moxibustion nursing primary dysmenorrhea.
