综合护理干预在翼状胬肉切除及角膜移植术患者中的作用

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pterygium excision and corneal transplantation

目的探讨综合护理干预在翼状胬肉切除及角膜移植术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1—12月大连市第三人民医院收治的68例翼状胬肉切除+自体角膜移植术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组与研究组,每组各34例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理。比较两组的角膜上皮愈合时间及手术拆线时间、并发症发生率、复发率。结果研究组的角膜上皮愈合时间、手术拆线时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率(5.88%)、术后1年复发率(0.00%)低于参照组(23.52%、11.76%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在翼状胬肉切除+自体角膜移植术围术期,予以患者综合护理干预,能缩短术后角膜恢复时间,并降低并发症、复发风险,提升术后恢复效果,建议推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing pterygium resection and keratoplasty.Methods A total of 68 patients with pterygium excision and autokeratoplasty treated in Dalian Third People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the reference group and the study group by random number table method,34 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing.The corneal epithelial healing time,operation time,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of corneal epithelial healing and suture removal in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications(5.88%)and recurrence rate(0.00%)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(23.52%,11.76%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of pterygium resection+autologous keratoplasty,comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the postoperative corneal recovery time,reduce the risk of complications and recurrence,and improve the postoperative recovery effect.It is recommended to promote the use.
