摘要
在全球化与信息化的新视野中推动人类超越工业文明,步入信息时代,这是当前大学转型最基本的时代背景和最主要的目标与价值导向。论文分析了不同类型大学转型之内外需求、动力、阻力和特点,并基于大学在社会各类组织中所担负的功能和共同使命,揭示了大学转型的普遍规律与内在逻辑。作者认为,大学转型必须破解重科研轻教学之误区,把大学创新发展的立足点牢固建立在以人才培养为基础的健康轨道上来,其攻坚战是推动高校学习方式的变革,促进高校课程教学转型,在资源、经验共享中创建和谐健康的文化生态,使大学成为社会的良心、时代转型变革的精神支柱,这显然需要大学继承和坚守千百年沉淀下来的宁静致远之战略定力。
It is the belief of this paper that,in the new vision of globalization and informalization,pushing human beings to enter the information age by passing industrial civilization is the basic background and the most important goal and value orientation of the current university transformation.This paper analyzes the internal and external needs,motivation,resistance and characteristics of different types of university transformation,and reveals the general law and internal logic of university transformation based on the functions and common missions of universities in various social organizations.The author believes that the transformation of universities must solve the misunderstanding of focusing on scientific research while neglecting teaching,and firmly establish the foothold of university innovation and development on a healthy track based on talent training.The tough battle is to promote the reform of college learning methods and promote the transformation of college curriculum and teaching.To create a harmonious and healthy cultural ecology in the sharing of resources and experience,and to make the university become social conscience and the spiritual pillar of the transformation and change of eras.It apparently requires university to inherit and adhere,in peace,to the far-reaching strategic determination that has been deposited for thousands of years.
