降阶梯思维方式护理在老年多发伤患者急救中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of application effect of nursing of descending ladder thinking mode in emergency treatment of elderly patients with multiple injuries

目的探讨降阶梯思维方式护理在老年多发伤患者急救中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年2月上海第九人民医院急诊入院治疗的120例老年多发伤患者,采用便利抽样法分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。观察组采用降阶梯思维方式护理干预,对照组采取传统临床经验思维方式护理。评估并比较2组预检分诊评估时间、急救时间、预警时间、急救效果及患者满意度。结果护理干预后,观察组预检分诊评估时间、急救时间和预警时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01),患者存活率高于对照组,并发症发生率和死亡率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),患者总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论降阶梯思维方式护理在老年多发伤患者急救中可明显缩短整个救治时间,提高急救成功率,降低并发症发生率和病死率,改善患者预后,具有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing of descending ladder thinking mode in the emergency treatment of elderly patients with multiple injuries.Methods 120 elderly patients with multiple injuries hospitalized in the Emergency Department of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)by convenient sampling method.The observation group adopted the nursing of descending ladder thinking mode,and the control group adopted the nursing of traditional clinical experience thinking mode.The pre-examination and triage evaluation time,first aid time,early warning time,first aid effect and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the pre-examination and triage evaluation time,first aid time and early warning time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.01),the survival rate of patients was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications and mortality were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of patients was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of ursing of descending ladder thinking mode in the emergency treatment of elderly patients with multiple injuries can significantly shorten the treatment time,improve the success rate of first aid,reduce the incidence of complications and mortality,and improve the prognosis of elderly patients with multiple injuries.It has certain clinical application value.
