ICP-OES法同时测定葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液中钙离子和锌离子的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法同时测定葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液中钙离子和锌离子的含量。方法:根据专属性强、干扰因素少等原则,选择钙396.847 nm和锌213.856 nm作为分析谱线,以钪标准溶液作为内标元素,建立了ICP-OES法同时测定葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液中钙离子和锌离子的含量,并对所建立的方法进行线性关系、专属性、精密度、回收率等方面的考察。结果:钙离子在1.0~9.0μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r 2=0.9997),平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.5%(n=9);锌离子在0.1~0.9μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r 2=0.9998),平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.7%(n=9)。4批样品的测定结果表明,使用AAS(原子吸收分光光度法)与ICP-OES两种检测方法测得的结果基本一致。结论:所建立的ICP-OES方法具有操作简单,快速检测,专属性强、干扰因素少,准确可靠的特点,可以同时测定多种元素,适用于批量样品的分析,可用于葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液的质量控制和评价。 Objective:To establish an ICP-OES method for simultaneous determination of calcium and zinc ions in calcium and zinc gluconate oral solution.Methods:According to the principle of good specificity and less interference factors,the ICP-OES method was established for simultaneous determination of calcium and zinc ions in calcium and zinc gluconate oral solution with 396.847 nm and 213.856 nm as the analytical lines respectively.The scandium standard solution was used as the internal standard element.The linear relationship,specificity,precision and recovery of the established method were validated.Results:The linear range of calcium ions fell into 1.0-9.0μg·mL^(-1)(r 2=0.9997),and the average spiked recovery was 100.4%with RSD as 0.5%(n=9).The linear range of zinc ions fell into 0.1-0.9μg·mL^(-1)(r 2=0.9998),and the average spiked recovery was 100.6%with RSD as 0.7%(n=9).The test results of four batches of samples obtained with AAS and ICP-OES methods were consistent.Conclusion:The established ICP-OES method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.It can be used for simultaneous determination of multiple elements.It is suitable for the analysis of batches of samples and for the quality control and evaluation of calcium and zinc gluconate oral solution.
