内镜下鼻骨骨折复位联合鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻骨骨折患者的效果

Effects of endoscopic reduction combined with nasal septoplasty in treatment of patients with nasal bone fractures

目的:观察内镜下鼻骨骨折复位联合鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻骨骨折患者的效果。方法:选取76例鼻骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予内镜下鼻骨骨折复位联合鼻中隔矫正术治疗,观察组给予内镜下鼻骨骨折复位联合鼻中隔成形术治疗,比较两组治疗前后鼻通气功能指标水平和手术前后美观度评分,以及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,两组鼻腔容积、鼻腔最小横截面积均大于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组鼻腔呼气吸气阻力均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组美观度评分均高于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下鼻骨骨折复位联合鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻骨骨折患者可提高美观度评分,改善鼻腔通气功能指标水平,降低并发症发生率,优于内镜下鼻骨骨折复位联合鼻中隔矫正术治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze effects of endoscopic reduction combined with nasal septoplasty in treatment of patients with nasal bone fractures.Methods:76 patients with nasal bone fractures were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic reduction combined with nasal septal construction,while the observation group was treated with endoscopic reduction combined with nasal septoplasty.The levels of nasal ventilation function indexes and the aesthetic score before and after the surgery,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the nasal cavity volume and the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the nasal cavity expiratory and inspiratory resistance levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery,the aesthetic scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Endoscopic reduction combined with nasal septoplasty can improve the aesthetic score,improve the nasal ventilation function index levels,and reduce the incidence of complications in the patients with nasal bone fractures.Moreover,it is superior to single endoscopic reduction combined with nasal septal construction.
