摘要
目的:分析重症监护室(ICU)护士人文关怀氛围与工作积极性的相关性。方法:选取郑州市3家医院的97名ICU护士作为研究对象。所有护士填写ICU护理人文关怀评价量表及工作积极性量表,并运用Excel 2016建立得分数据库,采用Pearson分析人文关怀氛围与工作积极性的相关性。结果:97名护士人文关怀氛围总得分为(76.24±6.89)分,工作积极性总得分为(37.22±3.50)分;Pearson相关分析显示,护士人文关怀氛围中各维度(学习与培养、工作与情绪、环境与保障)得分与工作积极性中各维度(活力、奉献、专注)得分呈正相关,且人文关怀氛围总得分与工作积极性总得分呈正相关。结论:ICU护士人文关怀氛围与工作积极性呈正相关。
Objective:To analyze correlation of intensive care unit(ICU)nurses’humanistic care climate and work enthusiasm.Methods:The ICU nurses from 3 hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected as the research subjects.All nurses filled out the ICU nursing humanistic care evaluation scale and work enthusiasm scale,and then Excel 2016 was used to establish a score database.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the humanistic care climate and work enthusiasm.Results:The total score of 97 nurses’humanistic care climate was(76.24±6.89)points,and the total score of work enthusiasm was(37.22±3.50)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of each dimension(learning and training,work and emotion,environment and security)of the nurses’humanistic care climate was positively correlated with the score of each dimensions of work enthusiasm(vitality,dedication,focus),and the total score of the humanistic care climate was positively correlated with the total score of work enthusiasm.Conclusions:The ICU nurses’humanistic care climate is positively correlated with the work enthusiasm.
