综合护理在新生儿败血症中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive nursing in neonatal sepsis

目的:观察综合护理在新生儿败血症中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年2月至2019年2月该院收治的140例败血症患儿的临床资料,按护理方法不同分为对照组和研究组各70例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予综合护理,比较两组住院时间、住院费用,护理前后炎性指标水平,并发症发生率和患儿家长护理满意度。结果:研究组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组降钙素原水平和C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为20.00%(14/70),低于对照组的35.71%(25/70),研究组家长护理满意度为97.14%(68/70),高于对照组的88.57%(62/70),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上将综合护理应用于败血症患儿,可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,降低炎性指标水平和并发症发生率,以及提高患儿家长护理满意度,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive nursing in neonatal sepsis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 140 children with sepsis admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 was performed.According to the order of admission time,they were divided into control group and study group,each with 70 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The hospitalization time,the hospitalization expenses,the inflammatory index levels before and after the nursing,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of the parents of the children were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group;the hospitalization expenses were less than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the complication rate in the study group was 20.00%(14/70),which was lower than 35.71%(25/70)in the control group;the satisfaction of the parents of the children in the study group was 97.14%(68/70),which was higher than the control group of 88.57%(62/70);and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The comprehensive nursing for the children with sepsis can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization expenses,reduce the level of inflammatory indexes and the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of the parents of these children.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
