集束化护理在EICU机械通气患者中的应用效果

Application effects of cluster nursing in patients with mechanical ventilation in EICU

目的:观察集束化护理在急诊重症监护室(EICU)机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法:选取210例EICU机械通气患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各105例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理,比较两组机械通气时间、EICU入住时间和护理满意度。结果:观察组机械通气时间和EICU入住时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.10%(103/105),高于对照组的86.67%(91/105),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理应用于EICU机械通气患者可缩短机械通气时间和EICU入住时间,提高护理满意度,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To explore application effects of cluster nursing in patients with mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit(EICU).Methods:210 EICU mechanically ventilated patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,105 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with cluster nursing.The mechanical ventilation time,the EICU stay time and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The mechanical ventilation time and the EICU stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.10%(103/105),which was higher than 86.67%(91/105)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the cluster nursing for the mechanically ventilated patients in EICU can shorten the mechanical ventilation time and the EICU stay time,and improve the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
