Research on Translational Communication of Political News Reports from the Perspective of“New Rhetoric”

时政新闻报道是国际社会了解中国主张、中国智慧、中国方案的重要窗口,而时政新闻的翻译直接影响着国际受众对这些信息的接受效果。意识形态的鸿沟无法轻易跨越,但翻译时政新闻时基于“新修辞”理论对语篇构建、句式选择、措辞艺术的深入思考有助于在国际传播中尽可能地接近获得受众认同和共鸣的目标。

Political news reports provide an important view of China’s stand,wisdom and approach for the international society,and the translation of political news directly influences how the international audience interpret such information.The ideological gap cannot be easily bridged,but in the translation of political news,the in-depth thinking on the construction of discourse,the choice of sentence patterns and the art of diction based on the theory of“new rhetoric”can be helpful for approaching the goal of achieving the recognition and resonance of the audience in the international communication.
