基于尺寸工程的整车姿态设计与控制研究

摘要 从整车开发的角度上阐述了整车姿态的设计方法与设计流程,从设计计算、制造公差、装配工艺以及测量方法等方面描述了整车姿态设计与达成的关键影响因素,并将尺寸工程的思想应用到整车姿态的设计计算和问题排查中,对影响整车姿态的相关尺寸逐级分解,建立了整车姿态设计的尺寸链环,利用3DCS软件建立了整车姿态尺寸链模型,得出了影响整车姿态的关键因素,并提出了整车姿态设计的过程控制方法。 The design method and process of vehicle attitude were described from the perspective of vehicle development.The key influencing factors for the design and implementation of the vehicle attitude were described from design calculations,manufacturing tolerances,assembly technology,and measurement methods.The thought of the dimension engineering was applied to the design and calculation of the vehicle attitude,and the related dimensions affecting the attitude of the vehicle were decomposed step by step.The dimension link of the attitude design of the vehicle was established,and the attitude and dimension chain model of the vehicle was established using 3DCS software.The key factors affecting the attitude of the vehicle are derived,and the process control method for vehicle attitude design is proposed.
