摘要
发动机罩是汽车车身外观覆盖件的重要组成部分,其外观结构及感知质量往往会直接影响到顾客对车辆的直观印象。对发动机罩预留量的设定合理性展开深入研究,利用组合检具排除制造精度等因素的干扰,明确发动机罩胶条反力、缓冲块、锁扣等零件的支撑反力对发动机罩周边配合的影响。通过简化发动机罩受力分析模型,明确铰链刚性对发动机罩预留量的影响,并提出了一种铰链刚性的验证方案,开展量化确认,为后续新车型在项目开发前期验证提供了参考。
Engine hood is an important component of automotive covering panel,and its appearance structure and perceived quality will directly affect the customer's visual impression of the vehicle.A rationality of gap setting between hood and hinge was described,united gauge were used to eliminate the interference of manufacturing accuracy,and the influence of the reaction force of the rubber strip,stopper,lock and other parts on the surrounding coordination of the hood was clarified.By simplifying the force analysis model of hood,the influence of hinge rigidity on the gap of hood and hinge was clarified,and a verification scheme of hinge rigidity was proposed to carry out quantitative confirmation.It provides a reference for subsequent models in the early stage of the project.
