摘要
对轴的扭转强度进行校核时,目前大部分的分析研究都是基于切应力比较法,主要是用计算得到的切应力值与材料的许用切应力进行比较。此方法在评价轴的断裂扭矩时过于保守,会导致过设计的发生。为此,提出了一种转角扭矩法,通过加入材料的塑性参数进行计算,得到轴转角不断增大时的最大扭矩值,并通过与实验结果进行对比。结果表明:转角扭矩法较切应力比较法更精确可靠,与实验结果误差较小,为轴的扭转静强度分析提供了参考。
When checking the torsional strength of the shaft,most of the current analysis and research are based on the shear stress comparison method,which is mainly used to compare the calculated shear stress value with the allowable shear stress of the material.This method is too conservative in evaluating the fracture torque of the shaft,which may lead to overdesign.A rotation angle-torque method was presented,and the maximum torque value was obtained by adding the plastic parameters of the material into the calculation,and compared with the experimental results.The result shows that the rotation angle-torque method is more accurate and reliable than the shear stress comparison method,and the error with the experimental results is smaller,a reference for the axial torsional static strength analysis is provided.
