一种新车异味评价及其改善方法

An Evaluation and Improve Method of Automotive Odor

近年来顾客对汽车空气质量要求越来越高,车内异味的投诉量呈现逐年攀升的趋势。介绍了车内异味的研究现状,提出一种零部件和整车气味评价方法,基于该方法评价了某车型整车及零部件气味。结果表明:整车的气味强度为各个零部件挥发出的气味分子综合影响的结果,而整车气味舒适性主要体现在单个舒适性最差的零部件上,并根据评价结果提出一些有效可行的减少整车气味强度及提高气味舒适性的对策。

In recent years,customers have higher and higher requirements for the air quality in the car,and the number of complaints about the odor in the car is increasing year by year.The research status of the odor in the car was introduced,and a method to evaluate the odor of parts and components was proposed,the odor of a vehicle and its parts were evaluated based on this method.The result shows that the odor intensity of the car is the result of the comprehensive influence of the odor molecules emitted by each part,and the odor comfort of the car is mainly reflected in the single part with the worst comfort.According to the evaluation results,some effective and feasible measures are proposed to reduce the odor intensity and improve the odor comfort.
