摘要
针对某轻卡车型选挡抖动问题,进行了振动测试分析,结果显示选挡过程中换挡杆存在明显抖动感,严重影响主观感受,并且发现其与变速器横向换挡杆的振动有强相关性。通过对操纵进行优化设计,切断变速器横向换挡杆振动的传递路径,并且横向换挡杆固有频率发生改变,不会受发动机激励产生共振,从而改善了选挡过程换挡杆的抖动,提升了主观感受。
The shake of shift lever was researched which happened in the process of gear selection.The result of vibration test indicates that the shift lever shakes obviously in the process of gear selection,which makes the subjective evaluation of gear selection bad.The result also indicates that the shake of shift lever has strong relationship with the transverse bar of transmission.Through the change of the shift structure of the transmission,the transfer path of the transverse bar vibration would be cut off,and also changed the natural frequency of the transverse bar,which would not be excited by the engine.The change of the shift structure improves the shake of gear selection and improves the subjective evaluation.
