乘用车前排人员膝部伤害测试方法的研究

摘要 伴随着汽车行业的发展,经过安全性设计的仪表板也成为保护乘员的重要零部件之一,而衡量仪表板安全程度的重要指标就是前排人员的膝部伤害。通过对国内外强制性以及不同评价标准体系的研究,提出一种可模拟实车碰撞情况的前排人员膝部伤害台架试验。该试验方法采用ENCOPIM直线冲击系统,将50%Hybrid III型假人的腿部模块作为冲击部件,通过分析实车碰撞中前排假人膝部与仪表板的碰撞情况来决定台架试验的碰撞速度与方向。最后通过分析相关数据,该模拟台架试验方法得出的数据与实车碰撞的数据相近,证明了该试验方法的可行性,对于零部件厂商而言,大大节省了相关实验成本。 With the development of the automobile industry,the safety designed instrument panel has become one of the important parts to protect the passengers,and the important index to measure the safety degree of the instrument panel is the knee injury of the front row personnel.Based on the research of compulsory and different evaluation standard systems at home and abroad,a bench test of knee injury of front row personnel was proposed,which could simulate the real vehicle collision.In this test method,ENCOPIM linear impact system was adopted,and the leg module of 50%Hybrid III dummy was used as the impact component.The impact speed and direction of bench test were determined by analyzing the impact between the knee of the front dummy and the instrument panel in real vehicle collision.Finally,through the analysis of the relevant data,the data obtained by the simulation bench test method is close to the real vehicle collision data,which proves the feasibility of the test method.For the parts manufacturers,it greatly saves the relevant experimental cost.
