转向横拉杆故障分析及结构改进

Fault Analysis and Structure Improvement of Tie Rod

针对挂车转向桥出现横拉杆缓冲衬套支座夹紧螺栓断裂以及前束无法调整的问题。通过对故障件照片分析初步得出故障原因,之后通过试验找到相关影响因素之间的关系并得到可靠的试验数据,根据试验数据提出了改进方案,并通过试装验证了该方案的可行性,有效解决了故障问题。

Aimed at the problems of clamping bolt fracture of tie rod cushion bush support and toe in unable to be adjusted in the steering axle of trailer.Through analyzing the photos of the failure parts,the causes of the failure were preliminarily obtained,and then the relationship between the relevant influencing factors was found through the test,and the reliable test data were obtained.According to the data,the improvement scheme is put forward,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through the trial assembly,which effectively solves the failure problem.
