摘要 全塑尾门作为一项新兴的轻量化技术方案,因其优异的轻量化效果而受到各大主机厂的青睐。介绍了全塑汽车尾门的应用现状,分别论述了尾门内板和外板材料的选材方案和研究进展。尾门内板材料在选材时需要考虑尾门整体的刚度目标和其他零件的安装需求,主要采用长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料。全塑尾门外板需要选择与内板线性膨胀系数接近的材料,可以提高尾门的尺寸稳定性,以免出现变形导致外观缺陷,低线性膨胀系数改性聚丙烯材料适用于生产尾门外板。 As a new lightweight technology,plastic automobile rear door is favored by automobile manufacturers for its excellent lightweight effect.The application status of plastic automobile rear door was introduced.The selection principle and research status of materials of the inner and outer panels were discussed respectively.The long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material was mainly used,considering the overall stiffness target of the rear door and the installation requirements of other parts.It is necessary to select the material with the coefficient of linear expansion close to that of the inner panel,which can improve the dimensional stability of the rear door and avoid the appearance defects caused by deformation.The modified polypropylene material with low coefficient of linear expansion is suitable for outer plate.
