摘要
文章介绍了实施精益改进项目的必要性,基于价值流图析技术的精益改进研究,发现风机装配过程中有许多改善的地方。介绍了各改进项目的实际应用,包括翻转装置、螺栓拧紧装置、自动穿轴平台、联调测试系统及叶片分段模具,为风机制造的进一步发展打下基础。
This paper introduces the necessity of implementing lean improvement project.Through the study of lean improvement based on the technique of value stream mapping,it is found that there is much room of improvement in the process of wind turbine assembling.The practical application of each improvement project is introduced,including turnover equipment,bolt tightening equipment,automatic threading platform,joint commissioning test system and segmented blade mold,which lays foundation for developing the technology of the wind turbine manufacturing.
