轨道交通产业升级背景下高职院校人才培养模式研究

Research on the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges under the background of rail transit industry upgrading

轨道交通产业是国民经济重要的基础性产业,其高质量的发展对我国其他产业将产生积极作用。轨道交通全产业链的转型升级不仅仅是质量效益和生产作业方式的升级,更是处于生产力核心要素人才的“升级”。只有轨道交通产业具备能够持续支撑全产业链更高质量发展的人力资源,轨道交通产业的转型升级才能获得内原动力。文章认为高职类院校应根据轨道交通产业发展的状况和特点,科学分析和把握其发展规律及趋势,制定相应的人才培养策略,转变人才培养模式,探索建立适应产业升级和发展的人才培养模式。

Rail transit industry is an important basic industry of national economy,and its high-quality development will have a positive effect on other industries in China.The transformation and upgrading of the whole industrial chain of rail transit is not only the upgrading of quality and efficiency and production mode,but also the“upgrading”of talents in the core elements of productivity.Only when the rail transit industry has the human resources that can continuously support the higher quality development of the whole industry chain,the transformation and upgrading of rail transit industry can obtain motive power.Therefore,according to the status and characteristics of rail transit industry development,higher vocational colleges should scientifically analyze and grasp its development law and trend,formulate corresponding talent training strategies,change talent training mode,and explore the establishment of talent training mode to adapt to industrial upgrading and development.
