摘要
文章采用双组分复合纺丝技术制备了弹性聚酯复合纤维长丝,该纤维由常规涤纶和改性涤纶两种成分组成。然后选择相对稀疏的组织规格,将弹性聚酯复合纤维长丝织制成面料,该面料经过碱减量、定形等工艺技术处理后,悬垂滑爽、抗折皱回复能力突出,同时具有良好的弹性效果。
The elastic polyester composite filaments are prepared by conventional polyester/modified polyester bi-component spinning.Then selected relatively sparse weave specifications and woven elastic polyester composite filaments into a fabric.After the alkali reduction and setting process,the fabric has a smooth and drapey hand feeling,excellent anti-wrinkle property,as well as good elasticity.
