摘要
随着工业的不断发展和自动化水平的提高,高端智能制造与先进检测技术已经成为装备制造业一个重要的发展方向。针对油气悬挂液压系统装配中,工人劳动强度大、产品质量控制差的问题,对油气悬挂液压系统中关键工件进行装配过程分析,基于多类型传感器的合理组合配置,完成了关节轴承、密封圈装配防错控制逻辑设计。通过防错设计应用,能够有效提升装配效率、质量及可靠性,实现装配工艺技术的提升。
With the continuous development of industry and the improvement of automation level,the high-end intelligent manufacturing and advance detection technology has been becoming an important development direction of equipment manufacturing industry.For the problems of worker high labor intensity and poor quality control during the assembly in the oil-air suspension hydraulic system,we carried out assembly process analysis based on reasonable combination and configuration of multiple types of sensors,and completed the design of error-proof control logic of knuckle bearing and sealing ring.The application of error-proof technology could effectively improve assembly efficiency,quality and reliability,which realized improvment of assembly process.
