摘要
对大长径比薄壁零件加工工艺进行了研究,并对该工艺方案的大长径薄壁零件的加工工艺、变形校正装置设计进行了论述,同时介绍了该零件加工工艺流程和存在的加工难点,通过分析该零件结构、材料、内应力、热处理、弹性变形和塑性变形等特点,研究制定出提高该零件生产效能和质量合格率一系列加工工艺方案,有效地解决了该零件窄口和难点,同时为企业带来了极大的节创价值。
It was studied that the processing technology of thin walled parts with large aspect ratio,and the processing technology,and it was discussed that deformation correction device design of thin walled parts with large aspect ratio,meanwhile,the machining process and the existing processing difficulties of the parts were introduced.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the parts,such as structure,material,internal stress,heat treatment,elastic deformation and plastic deformation,a series of processing schemes were worked out to improve the production efficiency and quality qualification rate of the part,which effectively solved the narrow gap and difficulties of the part,and created great value for the enterprise.
