摘要
新能源送出电网往往面临着潮流变化频繁、电压波动大、动态无功不足等问题。传统的无功补偿装置应用新能源送出场合时需要频繁投切,严重缩短设备使用寿命。因此动态无功补偿装置应用在这类场合有着迫切的需求,但动态无功补偿装置在整体造价、使用寿命、响应速度、过载能力等参数方面均有较大差异,在动态无功补偿装置选择时面临困难。针对上述问题,本文提出了针对相机、静止无功补偿器(SVC)、静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)这几类动态无功补偿装置的综合评价指标体系,对指标进行规范化处理,结合新能源送出特性研究不同评价因子的指标权重。以经济性最优为评价体系的目标,最后将该方法应用于实际案例,得到提升了新能源送出能力的动态无功补偿装置的推荐方案。
The delivery grid of new energy often faces such problem as frequent power flow variation,large voltage fluctuation and insufficient dynamic reactive power.The traditional reactive power compensation device,in case of using in the new energy delivery,needs frequent switching,which seriously shortens the service life of the device.Therefore,the dynamic reactive power compensation device is in urgent need in this kind of occasion.However,it has large difference in such parameters aspects as overall cost,service life,response speed and overloads capacity and therefore has difficulty in selection.In view of above issues,the comprehensive evaluation index system for such types of reactive compensation devices as phase modifier,synchronous condenser,static var compensator(SVC)and static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)is proposed in this paper.The index is subject to standardized processing and the index weight of different evaluation factors is studied with combination of delivery characteristic of new energy.The optimal economy is taken as the target of evaluation system.Finally,the method is applied in the real case and the recommended scheme of dynamic reactive power compensation device for improving delivery ability of new energy is obtained.
