流化床锅炉与耐火内衬膨胀匹配问题的分析与解决

摘要 循环流化床锅炉内衬耐火材料用量较大,为了使锅炉内衬趋近于热态无缝运行的理想状态,分析了内衬结构和计算的方法,并依据计算结果设计膨胀缝大小,同时采用了新型迷宫膨胀缝留设方法,解决了锅炉外壁壳体膨胀和耐火材料内衬的膨胀匹配问题,使得锅炉运行密封效果更加良好,减少了因膨胀引起的耐火材料失效问题。经过多年实践检验,此方法效果良好,值得推广。 Circulating fluidized bed boilers use a large amount of refractory linings.In order to make the boiler linings approach the ideal state of seamless operation in the hot state,the lining structure analysis and calculation methods are used,and the expansion joints are designed according to the calculation results.At the same time,the new labyrinth expansion joint retention method is adopted,which better solves the problem of matching the expansion of the outer shell of the boiler and the expansion of the refractory lining,making the boiler operation better and reducing refractory failure caused by expansion problem.After years of practical testing,this method has good results and is worthy of promotion.
