建设坚强智能电网、构建节能环保用电、实现电网调度自动化是现代电力行业发展的方向。电网调度自动化系统不仅是电网控制的核心,而且是确保电网系统安全、可靠和经济运行的重要手段之一。电网调度自动化即信息集中处理的自动化系统,它是通过设置在各变电站和发电厂的远动终端来采集电网运行的实时信息,通过信道传输至设置在调度中心的主站系统供调度员使用,且主站可根据收集到的电网信息,对电网运行状态进行安全分析、负荷预测以及经济调度控制等。为了确保电网调度有效性,优化其调度方式,需要注重与之相关的自动化技术使用,扩大这类技术在电网调度中的实际应用范围。文章阐述了国内外电网调度自动化技术的应用现状,进而对电网调度自动化技术发展趋势进行了展望。

Building a strong smart grid,building energy-saving and environment-friendly electricity consumption and realizing power grid dispatching automation are the development directions of modern power industry.Power grid dispatching automation system is not only the core of power grid control,but also one of the important means to ensure the safe,reliable and economical operation of power grid system.Power grid dispatching automation is an automation system for centralized information processing,which collects real-time information of power grid operation through remote terminals installed in substations and power plants,and transmits it to the master station system installed in the dispatching center through channels for dispatchers to use,and the master station can carry out safety analysis,load prediction and economic dispatching control on the power grid operation state according to the collected power grid information.In order to ensure the effectiveness of power grid dispatching and optimize its dispatching mode,it is necessary to pay attention to the use of automation technology and expand the practical application range of this technology in power grid dispatching.This paper expounds the application status of power grid dispatching automation technology at home and abroad,and then looks forward to the development trend of power grid dispatching automation technology.
