鉴于当前110 kV高压输变电线路勘测、顶管穿越、线路敷设以及附件安装的技术较为复杂,危险性较高且施工过程容易受外界因素干扰,所以在实际施工中不仅要对其技术要点进行把控,更要做好施工质量管理等相关工作。文章从110 kV高压输变电线路的施工技术要点与特点出发,分析了当前高压输变电线路施工存在施工人员技术水平偏低、组织设计不当以及施工技术把控不足的现状,进而从基础施工技术管理、接地装置施工技术管理以及线路敷设方法3个方面探讨了施工质量管理策略。
