电站锅炉脱硝改造对低温省煤器故障影响及处置分析

摘要 从某热电联产企业实际出发,总结了两台煤粉炉省煤器在脱硝改造后泄漏次数增加的情况,并从工艺流程、运行参数、设备现状等方面,着重对省煤器泄漏的原因进行分析,提出改善烟气流场,降低飞灰磨损,改良设备适应现状,强化喷氨系统运行管理,降低氨逃逸,减少尾部烟道铵盐结晶等改进措施,并在实践中加以验证。 Based on the actual situation of a cogeneration enterprise,this paper summarizes the increasing leakage times of the economizers of two pulverized coal boilers after denitration transformation,and analyzes the reasons for the leakage of the economizers from the aspects of process flow,operation parameters,equipment status,etc.,and proposes to improve the flue gas flow field,reduce the fly ash wear,improve the equipment to adapt to the status quo,and strengthen the operation management of ammonia injection system,The improvement measures such as reducing ammonia escape and ammonium salt crystallization in tail flue are verified in practice.
