摘要
火电厂在对锅炉节能改造过程中,取消增压风机,在锅炉尾部采用大容量的扩容引风机已成为主流趋势。对600 MW机组扩容引风机的实际运行数据进行拟合调整,对影响风机能耗的主要因素进行优化,结果表明:扩容引风机在30%-100%负荷工况下,厂用电率降低约0.16%-0.50%,按年运行4500 h计算,年度节约电能约800万kW•h。
It becomes popular to use the capacity-increase of induced draft fan with large capacity instead of the blower fan at the end of the boiler.Taking a 600 MW unit of“syncretic fan”as an example,this paper conducted a data fitting study through the actual operation data to optimize impact factors of the fan energy consumption.Results showed that the auxiliary electricity rate can be reduced by about 0.16%-0.50%under the 30%-100%load,the energy consumption and the costs of the power plant can be saved by about 800 million kW•h.
