摘要 结合经验总结法,从新形势下电力企业实行电力营销及优质服务的现实意义、电力营销及优质服务中现存问题以及新形势下做好电力企业电力营销及优质服务的措施等方面对本课题进行了研究。研究发现,当前电力营销及优质服务中存在缺乏正确服务理念、客服人员能力不足以及客户满意程度较低等方面的问题,针对存在的问题从树立营销理念,充分做好电力营销管理、树立新时代服务理念、制定科学的营销及优质服务方案、设立客户反馈机制、不断完善营销手段,优化优质服务措施、优质服务的准确定位、打造前中后台,提供技术创新支撑、健全电力市场的配置机制、创新服务技巧以及挖掘电力消费市场潜力等方面提出了新形势下做好电力企业电力营销及优质服务的措施。 This article combines the experience summary method to carry out this topic from the practical significance of power marketing and high-quality services in power companies under the new situation,the existing problems in power marketing and high-quality services,and the measures to do a good job in power marketing and high-quality services in power companies under the new situation.The research found that there are problems in current power marketing and high-quality services,such as lack of correct service concepts,insufficient customer service personnel capabilities,and low customer satisfaction.In response to the existing problems,we have established marketing concepts and fully implemented power marketing management.New era service concept,formulate scientific marketing and high-quality service plans,set up customer feedback mechanisms,continuously improve marketing methods,optimize high-quality service measures,accurate positioning of high-quality services,create front,middle and back offices,provide technological innovation support,and improve the configuration of the electricity market Mechanisms,innovative service skills,and tapping the potential of the power consumption market put forward measures to do a good job in power marketing and quality services for power companies under the new situation.
