摘要
由于肠外营养液的配方特殊,组分较为复杂,其稳定性对质量有直接影响。全营养混合液中配伍制剂可能由于水相的不相容性而导致沉淀产生,这是肠外营养治疗中风险度最高的因素。本文主要从全营养混合液中水相沉淀的发生机制、水相相容性的评价方法、水相相容性的实验室研究三方面进行综述,以期为临床肠外营养液安全使用提供依据。
Parenteral nutrition is an important clinical treatment method.Due to its unique formula and complex components,its stability and quality control will directly affect the life safety of treated patients.Compound formulations of the total nutrient mixtures may cause precipitation due to the incompatibility of the aqueous phase,which is the highest risk factor in parenteral nutrition therapy.In this paper,the mechanism of aqueous precipitation of total nutrient admixture,the evaluation methods of aqueous phase compatibility and the laboratory study of aqueous phase compatibility of total nutrient admixture were reviewed,in order to provide evidences for the safe use of parenteral nutrition.
